Shipping Policy
We work to process and deliver RIBB orders quickly and safely across eligible serviceable locations in India.
Estimated delivery
Orders under this campaign are expected to be delivered within 2–3 days after successful payment and order confirmation. This is an estimated timeline and may be affected by the delivery location, weekends, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation. Orders placed outside working hours, on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the courier partner. Tracking information can take several hours to update after shipment.
Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable mobile number. Address changes cannot always be accepted after processing or shipment.
Failed or delayed delivery
If the recipient is unavailable, the address is incomplete or the shipment is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package. Remote locations and courier disruptions may require additional time.
Damaged or missing package
Please contact support promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include the order number plus clear photos of the product and packaging.
